recap on project: Message in a Bottle

To the readers of Trixxon Enterprise,

I welcome all of you to this blog. Virtual renovation is under construction now and we have a few surprises on the graphics part. I guarantee it won't be the cheesey eye picture we had on this blog before.

We have realised the need to be more professional in terms of liaison with the customers. I take this opportunity to apologise for all the wrong things I have said to my customers. It was really amateur of me to compare one organisation to another and I do hope you can forgive me on that aspect.

To keep things short, I would like to thank all customers of BU4 who have bought the bottles. It was a huge success and this success came from all of you. Without you, we would never have had any demands for the bottles.

Thank you.

New start.

Dear readers,

Firstly, I'd like to apologise on the behalf of our entire organisation - Trixxon, if it seemed like we did not take any of your comments seriously. Honestly, we take every single one of your criticisms into account. As all of you probably new at this, so forgive us.

To prove that we care, I am going to reply to every one of the comments right here.

Regarding the polar bear post (which was written by our CEO, Wong Chern Yao) and the question of its relevancy, his intention was to actually create awareness of global warming as a mini CSR project. (CSR: corporate social responsibility).

I am not sure if that is good enough to satisfy you, but that was what our CEO thought of at the time. Sorry for the confusion.

And as for the lack of updates, I have officially been put in charge of this blog, therefore, I assure you, this blog will be updated more frequently, at least once a week.

Now, some of you have been saying that we don't listen to your comments. Fair enough. But could you be more specific as to why you think so?

But I really hope you won't judge us by our first mistake. We are trying to learn, we are trying to grow. Just give us time.

Some of you might think of this as one long meaningless excuse, but I promise you this is all going to change.

P.S. Any comments would be much appreciated. I really do mean this.
P.P.S. Yes, I know this layout is a bit bland, we're working on it. So this is only temporary.

Signing off,

Melanie.
